Event - Fly a Kite Day

2 July 2015

To help celebrate the 60th anniversary of Albert Bradbeer the whole school took part in Fly a Kite Day.

All the children made a kite from kits provided and then flew them. Key Stage 2 took a walk to Cofton Common to fly their kites; Key Stage 1 flew their kites on the school playground; and Nursery and Reception flew their kites on their playground.

All the children had fun watching their kites soar in the sky. It was an enjoyable way to continue with the 60th anniversary celebrations.
